Lamb Chops and Potatoes 1.5kg lamb chops 3-4 me

Lamb Chops and Potatoes

1.5kg lamb chops
3-4 medium sized potatoes cut into thick rounds
2 lemons zested and squeezed
1tbsp honey
6 garlic cloves
4tbsp olive oil
2 heaped tbsp mustard
1 chicken stock cube optional but gives great flavor
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs thyme
2tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
Lots of black pepper
2 tbsp @lurpakarabia butter
Place all ingredients except lamb chops and potatoes in a blender and blend until smooth
Preheat oven to 200C
Wet parchment paper and place in baking tray, put 1/3 marinade in, potatoes, then half of the remaining marinade
Add lamb chops followed by last remaining marinade
Cover and bake for 1.5hrs the remove the top baking paper, add 2-3 tbsp @lurpakarabia butter and bake for another 20 min.
Serve with vermicelli rice

Chicken Shawarma Bowl 🌯✨

For one bowl:
• 1 to 1½ cups cooked rice with 1 tbsp chopped parsley
• 500 g Toters Fresh @totersfresh marinated chicken shawarma
• Chopped crisp lettuce

Garlic Yogurt Sauce
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp toum @totersfresh
• Lemon zest (optional)

Cook the chicken until golden and slightly charred in a pan or in the oven at 180C for around 25 min.
Layer rice, lettuce, hot chicken, and drizzle with the garlic yogurt sauce.
Don’t forget the pickles!

Simple. Fresh. So satisfying.
