To prevent browning

2tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt

For the crumble
1 cup oats
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cubed cold butter @lurpakarabia
Pinch of salt

Bake at 180C for 45 minutes

Broccoli and cheddar soup 🥦🧀

- 3tbsp butter @lurpakarabia
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic
- 1/3 cup flour
- 4 cups stock, chicken or meat
- 2 large broccoli chopped finely
- 2 large carrots grated
- 200-300g cheddar grated
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2tsp salt
- lots of black pepper
