Preheat Oven to 180 C
Beat bananas with the paddle attachment of your stand mixer (alternatively you can mash if using your hands) until smooth
Add egg, sugar, vanilla, oil, and mix until incorporated
Add the dry ingredients and mix until batter forms
Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula (do not overmix)
Pour batter into a greased pan, you can use round or load doesn't really matter
Bake for around 45 min, check by inserting a toothpick into cake, if it comes out clean you're done
Let it cool before slicing
