Cheesy Meat & Spinach Cannelloni 🤌🧄
Stuffed, saucy, and bubbling with flavor—this is your next comfort food obsession.

🎥 Here’s what you’ll need:
🧺 Ingredients:
• 15 cannelloni tubes
• 2 cups spinach
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• 200g minced beef or lamb
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 box @pucklebanon Four Cheese Sauce
• 1½ boxes @pucklebanon Marinara Sauce

👩‍🍳 How to make it:
1️⃣ Sauté spinach with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper
2️⃣ In a bowl: spinach + 1 cup mozzarella + 1/2 box Puck Four Cheese
3️⃣ Fry onion in olive oil, add minced meat, salt & pepper
4️⃣ Add cooked meat to spinach mixture — this is your filling
5️⃣ Stuff the mix into cannelloni tubes
6️⃣ In a baking dish:
• Spread 1/2 box of marinara sauce
• Add the stuffed cannelloni
• Pour over remaining marinara
• Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella
7️⃣ Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 45 mins
8️⃣ Uncover and broil until golden and bubbly ✨

وصفة مريحة، غنية، وكلها طراوة من جوّا وقرمشة من فوق! طبق مثالي لسهرة عائلية أو عزومة سريعة.

🎥 المكونات:
• ١٥ أنبوبة كانيلوني
• ٢ كوب سبانخ مفرومة
• ٢ فص ثوم مهروس
• ١ ملعقة صغيرة زيت زيتون
• ملح وبهار
• ٢٠٠ غرام لحم مفروم (بقر أو غنم)
• ١ بصلة صغيرة مفرومة
• ١ ونص كوب جبنة موزاريلا مبروشة
• نصف علبة صلصة جبنة فور تشيز من Puck
• علبة ونصف صلصة مارينارا من Puck

👩‍🍳 الطريقة:
١️⃣ قلّي السبانخ مع الثوم وزيت الزيتون والملح والبهار، وارفعيه على جنب
٢️⃣ في وعاء، اخلطي السبانخ مع كوب جبنة موزاريلا ونصف علبة جبنة Puck
٣️⃣ قلّي البصل، ثم أضيفي اللحم المفروم، ملح وبهار، واطبخيه حتى يستوي
٤️⃣ أضيفي اللحم المطبوخ لخليط السبانخ والجبنة
٥️⃣ إحشي الكانيلوني بالحشوة
٦️⃣ في صينية فرن:
• افردي نصف علبة مارينارا
• ضعي أنابيب الكانيلوني المحشية
• غطّي بالباقي من صلصة المارينارا
• رشي باقي الجبنة (نصف كوب) فوق
٧️⃣ غطّي بورق ألمنيوم واخبزيه على حرارة ١٨٠° لـ٤٥ دقيقة
٨️⃣ شيلي الغطا وشغّلي الشواية (البرويل) حتى يحمر الوجه ويصير بابلز 🧀🔥

No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream 🍓🍦

Fresh, creamy, and made with just a few simple ingredients — no machine needed!

✨ 1kg strawberries (washed + stemmed)
✨ ½ can condensed milk about 220g
✨ 2 cups whipping cream
✨ 2 tbsp sugar
✨ 2 tsp vanilla
✨ Pinch of salt

🔹 Blend strawberries, strain, and simmer until reduced by half.
🔹 Freeze the puree to cool it down.
🔹 In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
🔹 Once puree is cold, fold it in.
🔹 Whip the cream to soft peaks, gently fold it in too.
🔹 Transfer to a pan, cover with cling film, and freeze for 4+ hours.
