Chicken Parmesan 💥 one of the easiest, quickest meals ever. Made even easier with @pucklebanon new sauces

4 chicken breasts cut in half and flattened
1 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper
2 whisked eggs
3 cups bread crumbs flavored with 2tsp oregano, 2tsp basil, 1/2 cup Parmesan, salt and pepper
1 box of @pucklebanon ready marinara sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Basil for garnish
Oil for frying

Once you breaded your chicken and assembled the dish pop in oven and set the oven on broil until cheese melts and gets a nice color, 5-10 min

You will need 6 cups of grated cheese, I used sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, provolone, and Edam
2tbsp @lurpakarabia butter
2tbsp flour
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder
1.5tsp salt
4 cups milk
1 box pasta

1. Shred cheese
2. On medium heat cook butter and flour with spices, once pastey add milk and mix till all clots are gone and sauce thickens
3. Add 3/4 of your cheese mix until it melts
4. In the meantime boil your pasta aldente
5. Mix in pasta with two ladles of pasta water to thin out the cheese mixture
6. Add in baking pan, top with rest of cheese and broil for 10-15 mins

To make around 25 chicken nuggets
3 chicken breasts
1 small onion
2 eggs (one in blender and one in milk)
2 cups of milk
4 cups of bread crumbs
2 cups of flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to season

1. Blend chicken breast with onion and egg. Season with salt and black pepper
2. Into breadcrumbs add the spices and season with salt pepper
3.Take a teaspoon of the chicken mix and flatten into a nugget, cover with flour (already seasoned with salt and pepper) then dip into egg milk mixture then into breadcrumbs.
4. Place aside on a tray
5. Repeat until all nuggets have been formed
6. Preheat air fryer at 200C then place nuggets and spray with @lurpakarabia spray
7. Fry in air fryer for 15 min, flipping them half way thru and spraying some more @lurpakarabia

Alternatively you can freeze the nuggets.
